What you will do
- Implement data observability solutions for customers using the Open Data Platform (ODP).
- Design and deliver MVPs, reference architectures, and demo applications tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to ensure successful migration, architecture implementation, and long-term adoption.
- Solve complex migration and deployment issues while optimizing system performance.
- Provide post-sales support and architectural guidance to drive customer success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer engineering, data platforms, and cloud technology projects.
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing product implementation.
- Proficiency in writing code in Java, Python, or Scala.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Hadoop, and operating Linux systems.
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of Data Quality, Data Catalog, and Data Governance concepts.
- Previous experience providing high-level escalated support for data operational issues.
