What you will do
- Define and execute the CRM and customer engagement strategy for the 888 brand in Spain.
- Develop lifecycle journeys including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.
- Coordinate targeted multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite placements.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, Product, VIP, and Sportsbook to align commercial objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct competitor analysis to optimize promotional mechanics and customer propositions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign and customer data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, or regulated digital industries is highly preferred.
