What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of proprietary events, including conferences and roadshows.
• Manage the full lifecycle of third-party events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
• Coordinate speaker management, travel arrangements, and detailed itineraries.
• Source, negotiate, and manage event venues and external suppliers.
• Monitor event budgets, purchase orders, and perform invoice reconciliation.
• Execute integrated event marketing plans, including CRM campaigns and microsite development.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• Spanish: Professional proficiency required
• Proven experience in event coordination or management, ideally within financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required for event delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and Eloqua platforms.
• Additional language skills such as French.
