What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy for the Portuguese market.
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including budget allocation, contract negotiation, and logistics for trade shows, webinars, and seminars.
- Align event initiatives with sales objectives to ensure effective lead follow-up and revenue growth.
- Analyze lead data and event performance to report on quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in demand generation and B2B event planning.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience in the B2B technology industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Customer service experience with a solution-oriented approach.
