What you will do

• Handle export and import bookings and customs declarations.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation, including bills of lading and delivery order exchanges.
• Follow up on customs releases and pay destination local charges.
• Book trucks, coordinate cargo and container pickup, and follow deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate reporting with vendors.
• Update logistics system data accurately.

Requirements

• Associate degree or junior college education, preferably in Logistics.
• At least two years of experience in ocean exporting and the logistics industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines with strong responsibility and time management.
• Positive, diligent, and eager to learn.
