What you will do

• Handle export and import bookings and customs declarations.
• Prepare shipping documents, including Bill of Lading endorsements and authorization letters.
• Manage D/O exchanges and process destination local charges.
• Coordinate trucking, HKG Tradelink declarations, and monitor cargo delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and coordinate reporting with vendors.
• Maintain and update system data.

Requirements

• Experience in handling import/export customs documentation.
• Knowledge of shipping documents and Bill of Lading processes.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and logistics partners.
