Logistics Intern

Location: Zhuhai, China; onsite

What you will do

• Manage customer orders covering spares, component repair and overhaul, warranty, and other material support activities.
• Work with the team to identify workflow and process improvements that increase efficiency.
• Develop basic IT tools using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and macros to improve operational effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analysis.
• Contribute to ad-hoc logistics projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at a leading university.
• IT or software background is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, macros, and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for an internship of at least six months.
