Station Head - Pendang, Kedah

Location: On-site in Pendang, Kedah, Malaysia

Salary: RM2,500–RM2,800 per month

What you will do

• Track shipments from pickup through delivery and oversee daily station operations.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure complete and proper execution of their duties.
• Act as a hub manager when required and coordinate closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
• Handle cash-on-delivery collections and ensure daily banking of funds.
• Control inventory and shipments to reduce the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
• Follow quality, occupational health and safety, and GDPMD management system requirements and participate in related programmes.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience as a Senior Executive in logistics, supply chain, or an equivalent area is preferred.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must work on-site in Pendang, Kedah, Malaysia.
