What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end shipment tracking from pickup to final delivery.
• Manage and coordinate staff, subcontractors, and part-time personnel to ensure operational targets are met.
• Handle cash-on-delivery transactions and ensure daily banking procedures are followed.
• Control inventory and minimize risks of damaged or missing parcels.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve delivery requests and issues.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management, OH&S, and GDPMD systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work on-site in Pendang, Kedah.
• Commitment to safety standards and participation in QMS/OHS training programs.
