What you will do

• Oversee Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, and Replenishment teams for the Canadian market.
• Manage Customer Fulfillment and Inventory Optimization to balance demand and supply.
• Represent the Global Supply Chain function within the Canada Leadership Team and act as the primary contact for the Country Manager.
• Collaborate with US counterparts to optimize the flow of goods in North America and mitigate inventory deficiencies.
• Manage strategic relationships with top customers and suppliers to improve total supply chain costs and efficiency.
• Lead supply chain projects by defining key steps, timelines, and responsibilities.

Requirements

• University Degree.
• 8+ years of related business experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with contemporary planning platforms such as Blue Yonder and Anaplan.
• Proven track record of people leadership and ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Strong communication, analytical reasoning, and influence skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mississauga, Ontario
