What you will do

• Lead and motivate the Mobile Platform team, maintaining high performance and quality standards across the SDLC.
• Execute the technical strategy for the mobile app, focusing on architecture, shared libraries, and analytics infrastructure.
• Balance technical acumen with project management to deliver complex, high-profile strategic projects at scale.
• Collaborate with the Principal Engineer and the wider mobile community to improve how the app is built, distributed, and observed.
• Manage expectations and communicate technical roadmaps to senior business stakeholders.
