Senior MineStar Application Engineer

Location: Full-time onsite at Tucson Proving Grounds, Green Valley, Arizona, United States; onsite five days a week. Up to 10% travel may be required. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $112,710.00–$183,140.00

What you will do

• Maintain MineStar server infrastructure, virtual machines, databases, NAS storage, and supporting operational technologies.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory/LDAP, WSUS, Windows Certificate Authority, and certificate lifecycles.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and support MineStar applications and operational readiness activities.
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server environments and manage data retention processes.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation tools.
• Partner with engineering, validation, product support, and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Experience diagnosing complex hardware, software, database, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, and enterprise infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Must work onsite at Tucson Proving Grounds five days per week; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting MineStar Fleet, Terrain, Health, Detect, or Command systems.
• Experience deploying and maintaining MineStar solutions at mine sites, proving grounds, or customer operations.
• Experience with highly available operational systems, mining operations, dispatch systems, machine health systems, or wireless communications networks.
• Experience working with MineStar customers, operations personnel, engineering, and product support teams.
