What you will do
- Co-create target solutions based on the Capmatix platform to support regulatory documentation.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure compliance with PRIIPs regulations.
- Coordinate business and regulatory changes across Financial Markets, Compliance, Legal, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with international partners and external vendors to optimize processes.
- Support various cross-functional initiatives within the Financial Markets area.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process management, or product development in the financial sector.
- Deep knowledge of PRIIPs regulations and KID (Key Information Document) documentation.
- Experience with treasury, investment products, or capital markets.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Very good command of English for collaboration with international partners and vendors.
- Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes within the banking sector.
- Experience in migration, transformation, or integration projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory platforms such as Capmatix or LPA.
- Agile-related certifications (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or IIBA).
