What you will do

• Co-create target solutions based on the Capmatix platform to support regulatory documentation.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure compliance with PRIIPs regulations.
• Coordinate business and regulatory changes across Financial Markets, Compliance, Legal, and IT teams.
• Collaborate with international partners and external vendors to optimize processes.
• Support various cross-functional initiatives within the Financial Markets area.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process management, or product development in the financial sector.
• Deep knowledge of PRIIPs regulations and KID (Key Information Document) documentation.
• Experience with treasury, investment products, or capital markets.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Very good command of English for collaboration with international partners and vendors.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes within the banking sector.
• Experience in migration, transformation, or integration projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory platforms such as Capmatix or LPA.
• Agile-related certifications (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or IIBA).
