What you will do

• Investigate and resolve daily ticket workloads including cases, incidents, and problems.
• Collaborate with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to ensure effective issue resolution and minimal business impact.
• Gather client configurations and implement tested, documented software improvements.
• Configure Core DA software and test against specifications to ensure product quality.
• Extract, formulate, and manipulate data to address specific business requirements.
• Maintain and update comprehensive system documentation to reflect all changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused troubleshooting function.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience with data extraction, formulation, and analysis.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Certification in ITIL.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies.
• Familiarity with coding languages and project methodologies.
