What you will do

• Design and maintain automation solutions for equipment performance monitoring and process improvement.
• Develop scalable software tools and scripts using Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to transform data from manufacturing systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub to improve software deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and software issues to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation architecture and data flow.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or Engineering (Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, Nanotechnology, Mathematics, or Computer Science).
• 4+ years of experience in an engineering, automation, or software-enabled manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with Python for automation and engineering analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in Leixlip, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industries.
• Knowledge of yield analysis and defect reduction methodologies.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance.
• Exposure to computer vision or image analysis tools.
