What you will do

• Act as the technical AI/ML lead in customer engagements to communicate technology applications.
• Collaborate directly with customers to identify pain points and scope high-impact opportunities.
• Define technical solutions that align customer requirements with product roadmaps.
• Partner with internal teams to develop compelling bids, proposals, and business cases.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and delivery planning.
• Prototype new approaches to showcase technology potential and inspire stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must hold or be eligible for UK Security Checked Vetting (SC).
• Demonstrable understanding of AI/ML concepts and their real-world application.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• AI and SaaS knowledge or experience.
• Enterprise sales experience.
• Experience in Defence or National Security sectors.
• Data Science experience.
