TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Highlands Ranch, CO or Jacksonville, FL

What you will do

  • Research and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform the automation product roadmap.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
  • Own product documentation and create training assets for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training curriculum to ensure fluency in automation product capabilities.
  • Perform functional QA testing on new features to verify objectives before customer release.
  • Support pre-sales conversations as product knowledge deepens.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Foundational knowledge in software development through coursework, bootcamps, or experience.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to customer sites.
  • Genuine curiosity and practical experience using AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling equipment like AMRs or AS/RS.
  • Basic programming literacy in C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or Supply Chain.
