What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance server applications in C/C++ and Rust.
• Write message parsers and feed handlers for direct market data feeds from trading venues.
• Optimize the existing codebase for high throughput (millions of messages per second) and nanosecond-level low latency.
• Implement tools and libraries for petabyte-scale data processing and analysis.
• Collaborate with the systems team to implement CI/CD, build, and deployment best practices.
• Implement monitoring to improve application uptime and ensure smooth feature rollouts.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of software engineering experience (internships included), preferably in trading firms or high-growth startups.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ or Rust.
• Deep knowledge of systems programming, multithreading, networked I/O, serialization, and CPU architecture.
• Experience working with multiprocess environments and proficiency with lldb/gdb.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical subject.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic suited for a remote workplace.
