Service Manager (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Service O&M Supervisors to ensure high-quality execution across all regional sites.
• Own the execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA), ensuring contractual scope and commercial alignment.
• Act as the primary customer interface for service operations, managing relationships and escalations.
• Drive regional service performance against KPIs like system availability and safety using digital and AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance compliance with SLAs and safety requirements.
• Manage OEM warranty obligations, including claims, extensions, and complex resolution topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading service, operations, or O&M teams in a regional or multi-site environment.
• Experience managing LTSAs or long-term service agreements for complex industrial assets.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.

• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or renewable energy assets.
• Familiarity with CMMS, ticketing systems, or digital service platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills for handling complex contractual disputes.
