Project Engineer (Offshore Wind)

Location: IJmuiden, The Netherlands; office-based, with remote working not considered. Occasional offshore work and international travel are required.

What you will do

• Support the planning, engineering, execution, and completion of offshore wind projects.
• Prepare and maintain technical project files and HSE-related documentation.
• Develop technical method statements and identify required personnel and equipment.
• Coordinate procurement of project equipment and services.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and offshore site teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, and potential delays while supporting mobilization, demobilization, and project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or Offshore Engineering.
• At least one year of relevant experience in offshore, construction, marine, or energy sectors.
• VCA VOL certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Proficient English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work offshore occasionally.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and planning tools such as MS Project.
