Electrical Installation Manager (Low Voltage)

What you will do

• Act as the formally appointed Installation Manager under NEN 3140 for assigned low-voltage installations.
• Own and continuously improve electrical safety policies, procedures, governance, and management programs.
• Oversee contractors responsible for maintenance, inspections, switching, testing, and installation management.
• Improve infrastructure reliability through lifecycle planning, risk mitigation, redundancy, and modernization.
• Review high-risk activities, technical deviations, risk assessments, competencies, and safety authorizations.
• Lead electrical incident investigations and advise stakeholders on safety, compliance, reliability, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in industrial, utility, semiconductor, high-tech, or mission-critical environments.
• Extensive experience with electrical safety governance, asset management, infrastructure risk management, and contractor oversight.
• Strong knowledge of NEN 3140, NEN 3840, NEN 1010, NTA 8220, IEC 60364, IEC 60204-1, NEN-EN-IEC 61936, and IEEE 1584.
• Experience with business continuity, infrastructure resilience, and reliability-centered maintenance in critical operating environments.
• Visible safety leadership, stakeholder influence, analytical decision-making, and the authority to stop unsafe work.

• STIPEL Industry and Utilities certification for installation and work responsibility across high- and low-voltage systems.
