What you will do

• Own people management and engineering execution for the Observability Pipelines team.
• Establish a strong operating rhythm and drive high standards for on-call rotations and incident response.
• Partner with Product to balance product priorities with technical realities and roadmap planning.
• Lead, coach, and grow the careers of engineers on the team.
• Collaborate with peer EMs and senior ICs to define the technical direction and growth of the product.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Paris, France.
• Proven experience managing engineers directly and owning team operating rhythms.
• Technical background in distributed systems and data infrastructure.
• Experience with on-premises or customer-installed software concepts.
• Product-minded approach to strategy and stakeholder communication.
