What you will do

• Own and maintain the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
• Design and manage a clean campaign hierarchy in Salesforce to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
• Develop and iterate on lead scoring models and routing logic to improve speed-to-lead.
• Partner with RevOps and Data Analytics teams to model metrics and ensure data integrity across the funnel.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness across campaigns and vendors.
• Support regional marketing leadership with actionable dashboards and performance insights.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration expertise, specifically with campaign objects and hierarchies.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect tools, data, and processes effectively.
• Proven experience in designing lead scoring models and routing logic.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Stockholm, Sweden.
