Location: Hybrid in Stockholm (at least 3 days a week in office). No relocation sponsorship provided.

Salary: SEK 60,000–86,000 per month

What you will do

• Develop and improve technical SEO, content strategy, and international SEO foundations including Core Web Vitals and information architecture.
• Own discoverability strategy across organic search, paid search, AI search (LLMs), Google AI Overviews, and social communities like Reddit and YouTube.
• Build an AI-native "Discoverability Operating System" to automate competitor research, customer question discovery, and content production.
• Design agentic workflows by connecting AI models, APIs, MCPs, and CMS tools.
• Define success metrics and run experiments to drive qualified acquisition, activation, and ARR.
• Enable cross-functional teams to create better, more discoverable content through specialized systems and guidance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SEO experience, preferably in-house, with a track record of growing large international websites.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and localization at scale.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, or agentic systems and proficiency with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and paid search.
• Strong understanding of APIs and MCPs combined with a commercial mindset for driving business outcomes.
• Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Stockholm.

• Experience working within a product-led SaaS company.
• Experience managing SEO or SEM agencies.
• Active contribution to the SEO or AI community through speaking or writing.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
