Compensation: $128,900 - $226,050 USD

What you will do

• Define long-term vision and strategy for user experience research in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Lead generative and evaluative research initiatives to inform product strategy and design decisions.
• Apply AI-assisted data analysis and experience modeling to evaluate complex user workflows.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making and organizational change.
• Critically assess AI-generated insights for bias, validity, and ethical alignment.
• Advocate for research standards and continuous improvement in user experience metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant research experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City.
• Significant experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive culture change and business performance through research.
• Experience in Lean/Agile development environments.
• Domain knowledge in Finance and Compliance is highly preferred.
