Salary: $140,400–$190,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research programs including generative, evaluative, and continuous discovery phases.
• Execute quantitative initiatives such as NPS surveys, segmentation, and benchmarking to surface member sentiment at scale.
• Translate complex findings into actionable product-shaping recommendations and executive-ready deliverables.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to define research agendas and embed member insights into the product lifecycle.
• Drive ResearchOps best practices, including participant recruitment, repository management, and ethical compliance.
• Mentor designers and cross-functional partners to build research fluency across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design or UX research with a track record of leading complex, multi-method programs.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• Strong fluency in both qualitative (interviews, diary studies) and quantitative (surveys, statistical analysis) methods.
• Hands-on experience with research platforms like Qualtrics, DScout, or UserTesting.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize findings and present to senior stakeholders.
• Rigorous approach to research ethics, participant privacy, and inclusive recruitment.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare, digital health, or behavioral science.
• Experience with ResearchOps infrastructure and AI-assisted synthesis tools.
• Familiarity with IRB-adjacent or ethically sensitive research involving vulnerable populations.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Dovetail or Miro.
