What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of assigned receivables accounts.
• Identify and resolve issues delaying account payment to expedite cash collections.
• Meet and exceed assigned collection targets.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments.
• Review contracts, orders, and invoices to reconcile and resolve customer disputes.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and regular updates on accounts receivable collection notes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and diplomatically with customers.
• Demonstrated experience in reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative attitude to work effectively as part of a global team.
