• Manage customer inquiries and requests via chat, phone, video, email, and messaghirify.global platforms.
• Resolve customer complaints and process operational bankhirify.global activities.
• Ensure all interactions reflect commitment to service excellence and quality standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with applicable bankhirify.global regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the retail bankhirify.global operations team.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent professional experience in bankhirify.global, shared services, or BPO environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
