What you will do

• Manage supplier records, validate scanned invoices, and resolve errors causing processing delays.
• Perform balance sheet and supplier account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handle supplier queries and ensure all remittances are processed within turn-around times to avoid late payments.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions for payment incidents.
• Update and maintain financial workbooks, databases, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth payment operations and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting within a shared services environment.
• Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Certification of Public Accountancy (CPA).
• Experience with Oracle System and Coupa Procurement System.
