Salary: € 74,000–€ 110,000 including 30% variable bonus

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Charging Functions Software team, managing hiring, coaching, and mentoring of experts.
• Define and monitor the technical product roadmap for charging functions and firmware, aligning with overall product strategy.
• Coordinate with Product Management, System Engineering, Hardware, and Quality teams to align requirements and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Manage internal and external resources, balancing operational control and effective delegation.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in embedded software and firmware.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in embedded software and firmware development using C/C++.
• Knowledge of EV charging standards and communication protocols.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a technical reference.
• Experience with agile methodologies and structured software development lifecycles.
• Fluent in English

• Fluency in Italian and/or German.
