What you will do

• Support brokers in the placement and execution of reinsurance programmes during renewal cycles.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, renewal documentation, and market submissions.
• Conduct market research on reinsurance trends and pricing developments.
• Liaise with internal analytics, actuarial, and operations teams to support deal execution.
• Maintain accurate records of placements, contracts, and client interactions.
• Attend internal meetings and broker/reinsurer discussions.

Requirements

• Must be a penultimate-year undergraduate student or equivalent.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
