SAP FICO Specialist (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid in Eindhoven, Netherlands, with three days per week in the office. Domestic and international travel is required, with approximately 5% expected outside key implementation phases.

Salary: €73,725–€108,130 gross annually, with potential variable compensation and allowances.

What you will do

• Lead the SAP FI workstream within the hirify.global N-ERP transformation program.
• Support the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA through fit-to-standard, fit-gap, realization, implementation, and development phases.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform gap analyses, identify process-improvement opportunities, and support standardization across business units.
• Analyze and validate data, resolve data-quality issues, and maintain data dictionaries, mappings, and metadata documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, external partners, and management while facilitating workshops and supporting end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP Finance (FI).
• Experience managing external vendors and ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes.
• Leadership experience in projects, stakeholder influence, and solving complex business and technical challenges.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in Eindhoven and to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), or Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Experience with software development methodologies in a large global organization.
• Experience in a SOX-controlled environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
