What you will do

• Lead the SAP FI workstream within the global N-ERP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform gap analysis between existing processes and the global hirify.global template.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy through rigorous validation and analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and provide training to end-users on new system functionality.
• Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven leadership experience in managing projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 5% outside of project phases).

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), or Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Background working in a SOX-controlled environment.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies in large global organizations.
