Operational Technology All-Rounder

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with office attendance on average 3 days per week

Salary: €46,000–€57,000 per year, including holiday pay

hirify.global is an impact company making chocolate while working to end exploitation in cocoa and improve supply-chain transparency through Tony's Open Chain.

What you will do

• Manage first- and second-line application support, prioritise the support backlog, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Support technology-enabled operations including child labour monitoring and remediation, traceability, invoicing, farmer master data, user management, and reporting.
• Create and execute test cases, participate in development planning, and safeguard quality across Tony's Open Chain systems.
• Configure and maintain platforms including Beantracker, Salesforce, Farmtracker, and Business Central ERP.
• Maintain user documentation, train internal and external stakeholders, and support data cleaning, validation, and visualisation.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems in collaboration with technology, IT, data, and development teams.

Requirements

• Experience in application management, system administration, or a comparable IT support role.
• Hands-on experience with testing, quality assurance, or development-related work.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and platforms, manage competing priorities, and solve problems independently.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across Europe and West Africa.
• Proficient English, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of process-improvement methodologies and a genuine interest in technology and data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, or data-collection platforms.
• French language skills.
