Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy and shape roadmaps for workforce and resource management domains.
• Engage customers, partners, and industry experts to discover challenges, validate opportunities, and establish design partners.
• Translate customer problems into product outcomes, experiences, success measures, and investment cases.
• Partner with engineering and design teams on prototyping, iterative discovery, and product delivery.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through adoption, supporting positioning, launches, customer engagement, and outcome measurement.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and agentic experiences to workforce-intensive industries.

Requirements

• Experience delivering SaaS, workforce management, resource management, field service, or enterprise software products.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery, and adoption.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, resource management, labour compliance, payroll integration, or workforce analytics.
• Understanding of operationally intensive industries such as construction, engineering, energy, utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications, or field service.
• Experience working with global customers and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled enterprise software, automation, agentic experiences, or modernising enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with payroll, HCM, workforce productivity, compliance, or operational workforce solutions.
• Experience with business cases, pricing, monetisation, product P&L ownership, or customer co-innovation programmes.
• Experience in construction, engineering, energy, utilities, manufacturing, or other project-centric industries.
• Degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
