Finance Manager (Music)

What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of professional accountants to support daily operations.
• Implement and monitor controls and procedures for financial accounting, reporting, and project accounting.
• Manage the month-end close process ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all activities.
• Oversee financial accounting for revenue, expenses, fixed assets, intangible assets, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare flux analysis, trial balances, cash flow statements, and statutory reports.
• Act as the key contact for internal and external audits and collaborate with the International Tax team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in accounting, with 3+ years post-qualification.
• Experience working in a SOX controlled environment.
• Proven experience conducting internal and external audits and performing flux analysis.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Shared Services environment.
• Previous experience within the music industry.
• Knowledge of SAP.
