What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand technical and business needs, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage the full technical validation process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to create account plans and drive solution adoption.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and represent the company at technical events and marketing engagements.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track technical close status for all opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture within enterprise software.
• Practical skills with Linux systems, open-source software, and container technologies like Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences up to CXO level.
• Experience in creating technical demonstrations and whitepapers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in competitor analysis and solution positioning.
