What you will do
- Lead pre-sales efforts including technical presentations, architecture design, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Engage with C-level technology decision-makers to evangelize digital workspace solutions and provide domain expertise.
- Orchestrate supporting teams across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure customer-focused outcomes.
- Identify and develop new business development opportunities within existing accounts.
- Craft custom solutions that differentiate offerings and meet specific customer requirements.
- Present technical and business value propositions at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
- 10+ years of experience in EUC pre-sales or as a technology delivery consultant.
- Strong background in Enterprise Architecture within customer or partner landscapes.
- Expertise in Microsoft desktop operating systems, application deployment, and configuration.
- Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to both technical and executive-level audiences.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining Technical Account Plans.
