What you will do

• Consult with technology decision makers (CIO, CTO, VPs) to align digital workspace strategies with business goals.
• Lead pre-sales efforts, including technical presentations, architecture design, proof-of-concept engagements, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure customer-focused outcomes.
• Develop a portfolio of reference architectures demonstrating the value of hirify.global solutions in real-world scenarios.
• Capture Japan-specific market needs and collaborate with product managers and R&D to influence product direction.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
• 3+ years of EUC Pre-Sales experience or 5+ years as an EUC technology delivery consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Microsoft desktop OS, including Windows application deployment and configuration.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Must have existing work authorization for Japan; no immigration sponsorship provided.
