What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor for strategic accounts, translating business objectives into scalable architectures.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, and design workshops.
• Provide guidance on deployment models, integration, scalability, performance, and security.
• Drive customer adoption and value creation through practical roadmaps and success criteria.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and sales teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Support complex troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for architectural issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise IT.
• Proven experience designing and operating complex enterprise environments.
• Background in customer-facing advisory, pre-sales, or post-sales technical roles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience operating independently with executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large, complex enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of modern enterprise architectures including cloud, identity, security, endpoint, and virtualization.
• Prior experience in Customer Success, Architecture, or Professional Services organizations.
