What you will do
- Define and execute lg-term commercial strategy for New Zealand aligned with regial objectives, capitalizing premium growth opportunities.
- Lead North Island sales operatis, build high-level relatiships with key partners, and deliver data-driven sales presentatis and business reviews.
- Oversee integrati of sales, technical training, and community engagement to create 360-degree brand experience and provide market insights.
- Manage local expos, events, and trade shows to foster community and brand awareness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage NZ field team, owning full talent lifecycle including hiring and performance management.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic market leadership and achieving revenue targets in premium sales envirments.
- Proven track record in account management, sales executi, forecasting, and driving market share growth.
- Strg people leadership skills for managing and developing field sales teams.
