TL;DR
Marketing Manager (iGaming): Developing and implementing product marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs with an accent on B2C campaign coordination and cross-functional project management. Location: Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, Serbia, or Ukraine

What you will do
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs.
- Launch and coordinate B2C marketing campaigns across all communication channels.
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects, from briefing and task allocation to final delivery.
- Collaborate with Design, Copywriting, SMM, Media Buying, Product, and Analytics teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, key marketing metrics, and KPI delivery.
- Improve marketing processes, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in a Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in iGaming, Betting, Gambling, or related digital industries.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, SMM, PR, and Media Buying.
- Experience conducting market research, Competitor Analysis, and Customer Development (CustDev).
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience launching new products and developing growth strategies for new markets.
- Experience managing multi-GEO marketing initiatives and localization.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Jira.
- Experience with BI and analytics platforms like GA4, Tableau, or Power BI.
