What you will do

• Lead and manage the Client Marketing team, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Plan team capacity, allocate resources, and manage project workloads.
• Develop and review marketing, brand, and social media strategies before client delivery.
• Manage client communication, facilitate strategic workshops, and present marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare commercial proposals and project estimates.
• Monitor project performance, profitability, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing marketing, brand, and social media strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple client projects.
• Ability to calculate project costs, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and analytics.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or IT sectors.
• Agency experience and work with international brands.
• Experience managing P&L or business unit performance.
• Experience using AI tools in marketing and strategy development.
