What you will do

• Design and develop applications powered by self-managed and API-accessible GenAI models.
• Optimize model accuracy using RAG techniques and source attribution.
• Design effective prompts to enhance analytical capabilities and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Monitor production model performance and resolve scalability and reliability issues.
• Conduct research on emerging generative AI frameworks and ethical deployment practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with GenAI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience in NLP, NLU, vector embeddings, and semantic search.
• Advanced knowledge of prompting techniques (Chain/Tree/Graph of Thought, ReAct).
• Must speak French and professional English fluently.
• Understanding of proprietary and open-source AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Mistral.ai, etc.).
