What you will do
- Design and build bespoke GenAI applications with cross-functional consulting teams and clients.
- Assist the GenAI Solution Architect with application design and implement solutions using self-managed and API-accessible models.
- Develop advanced prompts, chains, agents, retrieval workflows, and vector search solutions.
- Benchmark, select, and fine-tune proprietary and open-source foundation, vision, and smaller edge models for multimodal use cases.
- Research advances in generative AI and distinguish GenAI use cases from traditional NLP applications.
- Monitor production model performance, resolve scalability and reliability issues, and document methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience with at least one major GenAI framework, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with NLP, NLU, vector embeddings, semantic search, advanced prompting, and RAG.
- Knowledge of proprietary and open-source AI ecosystems, including OpenAI, AWS, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Mistral AI, and Qwen.
- French required; professional fluency in English required. Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills are also expected.
