What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of organic and paid social media campaigns from brief to final execution.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, and data teams to translate client needs into actionable briefs.
• Oversee project budgets, scopes, and timelines to ensure profitability and accurate financial reporting.
• Champion the use of AI and social listening tools to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign innovation.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships within a social media context.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
• Solid commercial acumen with experience in budget management, scoping, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with 4 days per week in the London office.
• Enthusiasm for new marketing technologies and practical experience using AI tools.
