Account Director, Commerce (Retail Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Serve as the senior day-to-day contact for key clients and provide strategic guidance across Amazon and retail media platforms.
• Build and oversee performance-driven media plans covering sponsored advertising, DSP, and onsite/offsite retail audiences.
• Lead campaign execution, including quality assurance, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Run business reviews covering ROAS, new-to-brand share, retail sales impact, and other media outcomes.
• Develop test-and-learn roadmaps for targeting, bidding, and new retail media formats.
• Manage account scope, forecasting, budgets, profitability, and the development of activation specialists.

Requirements

• Proven media agency background.
• Strong hands-on experience running campaigns in Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
• Solid working knowledge of CitrusAd and Criteo across onsite and offsite retail media.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and translating complex performance results into clear recommendations.
• Experience coaching teams and building specialist capabilities.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud or retailer clean room analytics.
• Exposure to wider commerce channels such as Tesco Media.
