What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of eCommerce client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for campaign activation.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and briefs to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
• Provide line management and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development.
• Challenge existing workflows and implement innovative ideas to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.
• Collaborate across the EssenceMediacom eCommerce practice to drive growth and deliver strategic marketing solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office four days a week.
• Proven experience as a senior member within an eCommerce environment.
• Deep expertise in Retail and Commerce Media strategy and tactical application.
• Strong background in eCommerce campaign set-up, management, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with experience in managing direct reports.
