What you will do

• Own and deliver rapid, data-led biddable media activity across search and social channels.
• Lead iterative test-and-learn cycles, including sprints and daily performance optimization.
• Manage multi-million-pound budgets with full accountability for ROI and effectiveness.
• Ensure all government governance, compliance, and assurance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data teams to implement innovative media approaches.
• Contribute to the development of playbooks and best-practice frameworks for agile government delivery.

Requirements
