Business Systems Engineer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and administer the Salesforce org, including data models, automation, and custom development.
• Design and build integrations across the business stack using REST APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms.
• Own end-to-end delivery of business systems projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Maintain stack health, data quality, and technical debt management during hypergrowth.
• Embed AI throughout business systems, including LLM-powered record summarization and AI-driven automation agents.
• Evaluate and master new systems to support evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with business systems and deep Salesforce expertise.
• Strong development skills in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Proven track record building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS.
• Hands-on experience with business systems beyond Salesforce such as Gong, HubSpot, or NetSuite.
• Strong AI capability with experience shipping AI-powered improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to translate platform complexity for business leaders.
