What you will do
- Define and execute the strategic vision for oncology care programs, including growth opportunities and success metrics.
- Translate patient needs and market trends into clear product, service, and business strategies.
- Partner with product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams to launch and scale healthcare solutions.
- Lead go-to-market strategy, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.
- Serve as a trusted external representative with healthcare organizations, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market evolution to identify emerging opportunities and improve program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in healthcare technology, oncology, specialty care, or payer organizations.
- Proven track record leading healthcare products or services from strategy through commercialization and scale.
- Deep understanding of healthcare buyers including payers, employers, and providers.
- Demonstrated experience with go-to-market activities and strategic sales support.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills within matrixed organizations.
- Must be based in the United States.
