What you will do

• Own day-to-day administration and hygiene across multiple ATS platforms, including Ashby, to keep pipelines and candidate data accurate.
• Build automations, workflows, and documentation to reduce manual effort and sharpen the TA function.
• Manage and optimize the global candidate database, ensuring strict GDPR compliance and high data quality.
• Produce regular TA reports on pipeline activity, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness for stakeholders.
• Maintain and update job advert templates, recruitment trackers, and shared documentation.
• Support end-to-end TA projects, tracking timelines and coordinating the rollout of new tools.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering an ATS with a focus on pipeline hygiene and data integrity.
• Ability to work with data and produce clear, accurate reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of managing candidate databases with a strong eye for GDPR and privacy compliance.
• Experience building process documentation and working across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Must be based in Georgia, Bulgaria, or Ukraine.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
