Warranty Administrator (Automotive)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Salary: €1,800–€2,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Maintain warranty part return logs from receipt through analysis closure.
• Coordinate shipments of warranty parts from customers to hirify.global plants and internal distribution.
• Perform first-level testing of warranty returns and document production end-of-line test results.
• Use customer warranty portals to monitor due dates, submit responses, and generate reports.
• Review warranty cost recoveries, analyze warranty data, and report out-of-control trends.
• Respond to customer communications and collaborate with cross-functional teams and other hirify.global plants.

Requirements

• Minimum vocational education; an engineering-related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar quality or logistics role.
• Good spoken and written English; verbal Estonian is preferred and Russian is a bonus.
• Proficiency with IT systems and complex customer portals.
• Knowledge of warranty and quality processes.
• Ability to safely lift boxes and move pallets weighing up to 10 kg as part of daily work.
