Procurement Supervisor (Automotive Electronics)

Must be based in Moscow, Russia.

We are looking for an Automotive Electronics Procurement Supervisor to manage the procurement of electronic materials and supply chain operations in the Russian region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement of automotive electronic components, including chips, sensors, power devices, and wiring harnesses.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships across Russia, Eurasia, and China, including local microelectronics enterprises and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Handle the full procurement cycle: inquiries, price comparisons, contract negotiations, order tracking, and quality claim management.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and financial settlements between China and Russia.
• Monitor supply chain risks, such as sanctions and policy changes, and develop contingency plans for inventory and alternative sourcing.
• Provide regular procurement reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to the domestic headquarters.

Requirements:

• Must have a Chinese educational background (985 universities preferred).
• Must be fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English for business and technical communication.
• Proven experience in supply chain management and procurement of automotive electronics (ADAS, in-vehicle chips) for the Russian market.
• Deep knowledge of the Russian automotive market, local industrial systems, and business practices.
• Expertise in Sino-Russian cross-border trade, including settlement processes, local taxation, and foreign trade regulations.

• Existing professional network and resources within local Russian electronics, semiconductor, or automotive supplier industries.
