Junior Shipping Operations Coordinator (E-commerce)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid, with the option to work remotely or from the Riga office

Salary: EUR 1,400–1,600 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Calculate and enter shipping rates for new partners and products using established templates and guidelines.
• Process rate update requests and keep pricing data accurate and current.
• Maintain organized records of rate changes and related documentation.
• Communicate status and progress to internal stakeholders.
• Identify anomalies and exceptions outside standard procedures.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured, high-volume tasks.
• Solid Excel and Google Sheets skills, with the ability to learn internal tools and systems.
• Ability to follow defined processes precisely and consistently.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
